Health Benefits Of Raw Milk

As promised, I am doing a short and sweet post about the benefits of raw milk.

There is SO much to say about raw milk, I really don’t know where to begin...

I could discuss the benefits on a local level by supporting your small dairy farmer.

I could discuss the benefits on a state level by talking about the raw milk laws in Michigan, and how they should be amended to allow more freedoms.

Because raw milk is so much more than just milk, it’s a lifestyle.

And an often misunderstood one at that.

So, I am sticking to just the health benefits for this one.

If you type “Raw Milk” into a search engine, you’re going to read about the life-changing health benefits, the horrors of the commercial dairy industry, the intricate female reproductive system, bottle calves, and about how if you ever dare take just one sip of unpasteurized milk you are certainly doomed to die.

Well, I’m going to tell you that it is your responsibility to do your research, and to discuss your findings with your local farmer and hear what they have to say about it.

Do you know what you are likely to find?

9 times out of 10, your small raw milk dairy farmer is going to rattle off about

1) how much their product has improved their family’s (and customers’ families) health, ten million times over

2) how much cleaner their milk is than what you’re stuck with at the store

3) how much they love their cows🤷‍♀️🤣

We take great care to make sure that our girls get what they need. Our grass fed benefit is just another “plus” that you can feel great about, because cows that are given a grass-fed-only diet give milk that contains more Vitamin E, Iron, and CLA.

There are websites dedicated to the research and availability of raw milk, and they are a goldmine of information for the farmers and the consumers.

We owe SO much to the Weston A. Price Foundation for how much their food truths and practices have made a difference in our lives.

When you take a quick peek at their website or brochures, you will quickly realize that what I’ve been saying isn’t just a marketing scheme or a bunch of hooey:

We have experienced life-changing benefits from consuming our grass fed raw cows’ milk, and we want you to experience them too.

When you feel better, you are better.

(I know I’m a tad moody when I don’t feel well.)

If you don’t think you need healed, or you aren’t experiencing any health issues, let me ask you this:

Do you have any of the following?

• Hard time digesting pasteurized dairy products from the grocery store

• Leaky Gut symptoms (constipation, pain, heaviness and bloating following meals)

• Weakened bones or teeth from aging, pregnancy, or Osteoporosis

•Uneven skin tone, eczema, psoriasis

• High blood pressure, thin blood, or heart disease

• Diabetes

• Asthma

• Allergies

• Weight issues (don’t blame the butter for what the bread does😉😆)

• Children with reoccurring ear infections or digestive issues

• Any Auto Immune Disease

The list goes on and on.

And even if you’re not right now, an ounce of prevention…

You see, raw milk didn’t used to be called “raw” milk, it was just “milk.” But, in 1864, they began pasteurizing milk for a longer shelf life in the grocery stores, and to “clean up” the dirty milk. In turn, they’ve changed nature, and changed lives, and not for the good of you, me, or the animals.

I can’t fit all of the numbers and testimonials into one post, and I wouldn’t do them justice anyway.

So, I’m going to let the experts do what the experts are experts at, and just give you a link to the website and brochure from RealMilk.com (you can see our ad there as well!), and, I’ll get back to what I’M good at: milking cows.

Copy and paste the links into your web browser to read about the cancer/heart disease/diabetes fighting CLA, the pathogen & virus killing antibodies and beneficial bacteria, and all of the vitamins and nutrients that are still thriving and present in in-heated and treated raw milk.
