Fabulous Brined & Rubbed Grilled Pork Chops

It has been so hot here, but, I don’t want to complain!

With the warm weather comes two things:

•Fun activities outside (“Hello, Fishing and Camping!”👋)

and

•Too-Hot-In-The-Kitchen-Too-Cook!

And everyone keeps telling me it’s grilling season! Where have I been at?!

I’ll admit, we’re not big “grillers.”🤷🏼‍♀️

Why? I don’t know.

I’ve grilled a whole turkey before, does that count?

The turkey turned out great, but some baby back ribs didn’t do so good🤦🏼‍♀️

That was years ago, so don’t judge me.

And now I keep hearing about our delicious chickens being grilled up!

  • Rotisserie-Style?! Super fancy!

  • Lamb-shoulder-turned-kabob? Next-level!😱

The holiday weekend is coming up: company coming over?

Grilling for the win!

Even though we’re not big “grillers”,

I do have my numero uno grilled pork chop recipe ready, and let me tell you, it’s a good one.

Seriously, brine ‘em up, rub ‘em up, and toss on the grill (or cast iron in my case, because like I said, we’re not big you know whats).

The brine is two ingredients (plus water, that doesn’t count, right?), the rub has spices you probably have in your cupboard, and voila!

Although, I have to mention, NONE of that matters without good, quality pork.

Ahem.

Yes, I’ve got the goods. That mouthwatering, pastured heritage pork that the whole town is taking about 😎

Boneless chops is what you need, and I’m the number one dealer right now.

Let me help you. Let me be your pork dealer😆
