·       Fats from pasture-raised chickens should not be avoided, but fat found in conventionally-raised chickens should not be consumed due to the fact that toxins are stored in the fat.

·       Omega 3 acids encourage a healthy heart, raise good cholesterol, and lower blood pressure. Other studies have found that a diet rich in Omega 3’s run a lower risk of developing dementia.
